Depending on how many passengers are traveling, the passenger area (aircon) at level 1 are convenient and a lot of available seats. There are upper levels but these are non-aircon passenger seats but it has a better view of the ocean and especially, when you’re approaching Camotes Island. It’s very breezy, so it’s not that bad either.
